Ipswich Art Gallery

The Ipswich Art Gallery is a visual arts gallery and social history museum which presents a dynamic program of exhibitions and heritage displays with complementary workshops, performances and family activities making it one of the most visited regional art galleries in Australia.
 

The Gallery is located in the city's beautifully restored old town hall in the Ipswich. The colonial heritage of Ipswich is represented in a dedicated gallery and exhibitions in the Children’s Gallery are designed to reflect children's interests and provide a family –friendly place for discovery.
 

The Gallery is close to cafes and eateries, and is just a short walk from the Ipswich Railway Station. The Ipswich Art Gallery is open 10 am to 5pm and admission is free.
